Amino Acids Lab

Amino acid lab. is a section in central lab. for food & feed since 1980 at that time, the section was equifed with one old amino acid analyzer. The section staff were only two persons. the section is developed to consisted of two labs A and B . Each lab. is equipped with two modern amino acid analyzers. Now, the staff members increased to eight members (Narims)

Amino acids fractionation and determination: Amino acids of foods and feeds are determined using column chromatography principle. Recently, the amino acids direct determination in biological fluids has been introduced.
