Toxicology Lab

The Lab deals with studies and evaluation of different contaminants and biological substances, This lab Consists of 2 Parts.

1- Toxicology lab.
Consists of specialized cages for experimental animal raising. This lab performs short term and long term experiments to study the acute and chronic effect of contaminants.

2- Histopathology lab.
Study of structural and functional changes in cells , tissues and organs that are induced by toxicants also includes the investigation of mechanisms by which these changes are induced and the development of risk assessment and risk management policies based on such information .
