A Visit of  Dr. Nadia Arup Dodi, Deputy Minister of Animal Resources from the Republic of South Sudan ( More detels found in RCFF Visitors Button)                                                                                The Regional Centre for Food and Feed held a Seminar on the application of  nanotechnology in the presence of The Scientist Prof. Dr. Mostafa El-Sayed.                                 Dr. Mohamed Emara the Director of RCFF, has chosen Dr. Ashraf Hashem to become the person of the month (November 2011).                   
  RCFF History

The Regional Center for Food & Feed (RCFF) was established in 1980, by
Dr. Akila Saleh Hamza
The Center  has grown in size from 5 persons in 1982 to 167 member staff in 1994 then to 457 in 2011.
The number of analyzed samples has increased from less than 5000 in 1981
to more than 74000 in 2011.
The Center is officially responsible for the quality control of both manufactured feed and imported feed ingredients. In addition, the Center. shares in conducting the research plan for the development of food and nutrition for human and animals.
RCFF started to be involved in proficiency tests with both
BIPEA in France and FAPAS in UK, since  2002 tell now.
